1. How quickly can Knabuilders complete a kitchen remodel?

At Knabuilders, we strive to complete kitchens in just a few weeks. We also try to plan for longer lead times on things like countertops and special-order items in advance to help expedite the project.

2. What kind of products does Knabuilders use? 

Knabuilders is known for our use of high-grade products. We avoid lower quality “builder” grade products to give our clients the best possible result.

3. What steps are taken to ensure my home is kept clean during construction?

With our propietary Cleanbuild System we use negative air machines and drop cloths in our workspaces protecting the rest of your home or business.

4. How much experience does Knabuilders have?

We are proud to have 42 years of experience in our family owned business!

5. Is Knabuilders labor priced competitively?

Knabuilders is known for our high-quality result. For the work that we perform, we are priced absolutely competitively.

6. Where can Knabuilders perform work?

Preferably, we like to perform work in the greater WNY region, however, we have gone as far as West Palm Beach!

7. Are free estimates?

Knabuilder is happy to offer our clients a free in-home estimate at no charge.

8. Is labor warrantied?

Yes! Be sure to ask us about the warranty for your specific project.

9. How does scheduling work?

Our work schedule is on a first come, first serve basis. All projects are different and some may take a week to plan whereas others may take a month. It is important to ask about lead times during your initial consultation.

10. Are the field workers in my home professional and respectful?

Of course! All of our employees wear Knabuilders uniforms and hats and we have a strict dress code. We are guests in your home. Additionally, all employees drive registered Knabuilders company vehicles with an array of tools and equipment.

11. How does Knabuilders emphasize safety in my home?

We have weekly safety meetings, and we all attend regular seminars to keep us up to date on new products and procedures.
